The shoot was good, the photographer even took videos and sent to me directly!

We had an amazing experience! We did the couples photoshoot and it was absolutely worth it. The ladies who helped us into our kimonos were so lovely and made everything easy and enjoyable. Our photographer was professional, polite, and made us feel really comfortable throughout. Such a memorable experience, we’d 100% recommend!

Would reccomend! Friendly staff and wonderful photographer that showed us how to pose and took us to great spots. There are different options depending if you book on klook vs website (we did website)

Found this store in Google Maps, turns out they do need to prebook for visiting their store. Luckily we were able to book online straight away on their website for later in the afternoon.

I guess the reason being it does take time for customers to choose their costume and their the staff will fit them and do the hair makeup. It took four of us about 20 minutes from start to ready to go.

There plenty of beauty kimonos and dresses and other accessories. Swords, hats and umbrellas are extra (1000¥) but worth it.

Handbag, sandals and socks are included in the price.

Booking via Klook may need to be extra fees (from ¥500).

The staffs are very friendly and expert in hair styling for ladies.

Book for early in the day as the price is for the whole day till 5:30pm, we didn’t know this and thought it was per hour.

And by the way, the location is at the second floor, not 1F as per Google Maps. There is a lift if stairs is too much for you.

After having Kimonos on, we walked to the Castle, its about 15 minutes walk, took a lot of photos near the river and bridge onto the Castle.

The whole experience was very satisfying. I would very highly recommend for tourists to give it a try.

The staff were super friendly and helpful when going through the different kimono options, and were able to accomodate to hijab wearing family members. There are private changing areas too. What’s great is that the rental is close to Osaka Castle but would recommend to wear your own shoes and carry the rental sandals that come with the kimono by hand since not the easiest to walk in. Overall a great experience worth the price.

また、貴店ホームページに記載の電話番号についても、予約の 5日前から何度もお電話しましたが、一度もつながりませんでした。唯一つながった一回も、電話口からは撮影音やお客様と話している声だけが聞こえ、どなたからの応答もありませんでした。

さらに、数回いただいた折り返しのお電話は、いずれも営業時間外で、大変困惑しております。

これらの状況から、貴店が現在も正常に営業されているのか、大変疑問に感じております。

プラン内容やサービスに関する不明点・不安点についても、一切確認が取れず、非常に困っております。

Servicio 10 de 10. Contratamos el pack para parejas con sesión fotográfica y no podemos decir nada malo. Las chicas saben recomendarte perfectamente que colores y peinados usar, son atentos al detalle, y sales de ahí sintiéndote como una princesa. El fotógrafo conoce perfectamente los mejores lugares para las fotografías y sabe guiarte y recomendar las mejores fotos y poses. Encima nos enviaron las fotos el mismo día sin problema. Sin duda lo recomendaremos.

As we have arrived the shop at a non-peak time, we had all the attention of the staff. The staffs were helpful and attentive. They explained to us the choices we have and which are the ones that will incur more additional cost to us.

The 1.5hr photoshoot session was also quite impressive, as the photographers knows where to find exact spot at the Osaka Castle to get the best shot. we do not need to spend too much time wondering around to find a right spot for out photoshoot session. There are some spots which we have been near the castle that is not known to most tourist, that we did a few good shots we know passer-by in the photos.

We were also pretty honored that our photoshoot sessions was accompanied by the boss himself. He took care of us and our things while we are doing our photoshoot. He also personally had a meeting with the the photographer prior to our departure from the shop to our photoshoot set locations.

Overall, the short 3hrs session we had with the staffs, photographer and the boss himself was easy and fun. I fully recommending anyone that would like to experience the Kimono Rental with great photography experience to join their session.

Overall, great service. Staff were very friendly and knew their Kimono collection well and helped me to select a nice option that colour matched me. The clothing was clean and kept in good condition. Hair styling was very good and fast. Photography was great and I would highly recommend getting this in the package too.

素晴らしい🙌 The store/staffs are very friendly. With various designs and choices of kimonos, they will assist and suggest which is good for each customers. Also, the cameramen are vey nice. Foreign nationals friendly. Recommendable.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The kimono and yukata were truly beautiful, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Everything was perfectly organized, and we enjoyed every moment. We are very grateful and will remember this experience with great joy

We went here to get dressed in yukata before visiting Osaka castle nearby, as part of our Osaka trip in 2025 Summer. The shop was located near Osaka castle. The staff there were very helpful and eager to help despite the language barrier (limited English, but still communicated well with Google translate). They even offered to help us take a few family photos at the shop when we explained that we weren't looking for one of the one-hour outdoor photo shooting plans. They were very professional with photo taking and the few photos they took for us for free were excellent. Their yakuta plans were one of the more (if not most) economic options, and still the quality of the dress and free hairstyling was quite nice. Would love to recommend this.
